FlowFilter in Dynamics 365 BC

FlowFilter in Dynamics 365:

(1) “FlowFilter”: Use FlowFilter fields to set ranges on the calculations that are shown in FlowFields. FlowFilter fields are not saved in the database. Instead, they are stored for each window on an individual computer so users have their own filters.

(2) Let’s take an example, if you open the Item table in al mode, then you will find fields like “Location Filter”, “Date Filter” etc. are all flowfilter. They are mainly used when we see values according to the given parameters as shown.

(3) After this, let’s see how they use in BC D365 Application. Click on Filters –> Filter total By –> Then select which type of filter you want to apply. You can use more than one filter.
