See All Objects in AL Environment Screen in D365 BC:
(1) In Dynamics NAV 2016 Objects list open in C/Side Environment VS BC D365 Objects list open in AL Environment as shown.
(2) If you want to see All Objects in AL Environment just like Dynamics NAV 2016, follow the below steps.
(i) Install the “AL Extension Pack” from the extensions. Click on the Extension Icon and then search the “AL Extension Pack” as shown.
(ii) After doing the above step, Install the “AL Extension Pack” extension, as shown.
(iii) After the installation, go to the EXPLORER and select the “.alpackages” as shown.
(iv) After that drill down the “.alpackages” and select the “Microsoft_Base Application_18.0.23013.23795.app” (depending upon the D365 BC installation version) and see the result, all object list opens just like C/Side Development Environment.
(v) In Dynamics NAV 2016 there are only 7 types of objects but in BC d365 there are 18 types of objects.
