Types of License in Business Central D365

Types of License in Business Central D365:

(1) Microsoft segregate license with defined roles and features. Business Central D365 license can be purchased via CSP. Type of license as given below:

• Essential→ This license includes all features of BC D365 excluding the Manufacturing and Service Module. It is names license.
• Premium→ This license includes all features of BC D365 including the Manufacturing and Service Module. It is names license.
• Team Member→ This license includes D365 BC accessibility with read-only mode along with some selected tasks.  
• External Accountant→ This is a complementary or free license from Microsoft for external or non-organizational users.
• Device User→ This license allows multiple users to use the application simultaneously.
