(1) In this blog, we will get to know the procedure to print or display the Amount In Words<\/em><\/a><\/strong> value along with its numeric description. In the previous version, there are two fields in the \u201cCurrency\u201d table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n (2) But I have found that the above two fields are missing. So, in that case, the same fields are created in the \u201cCurrency\u201d table by making an extension and saving the reports having a function of \u201cconverting Amount in words\u201d. For Indian Localization- \u201cPosted Voucher<\/em><\/strong>\u201d and for other localization \u201cCheck<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n (3) After that, Save the standard reports. \u201cPosted Voucher\u201d and Check. In this example, I saved the \u201cPosted Voucher\u201d report and do the changes in the \u201cFormatNoText\u201d function, as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n (4) After doing the above changes, use the function of this custom changed report and get a result. Enter the numeric description and decimal description on the Currencies page for getting an actual result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
